Air Maestro can store a variety of documents, including but not limited to images, Word files and PDFs.
To access the library, a user needs to have the following access:
To find a file in the Document Library:
- Select the Document Library from the main Air Maestro left-hand side menu.
- Use any of the three ways to find the file you are searching for:
1 - Hierachy Tree. Expand the arrows to view the subfolders.
2 - Main Table. Double-click on the folder to see its contents.
3 - Search bar. Best used when you don't know where the file is located, but know how it is named.
- To download the file, double-click on the required document.
The file will be downloaded to your device.
The classic version of Air Maestro does not offer a preview.
However, the PWA version of the site allows the user to preview (as well as download) the documents that have been favourited.

FAQs
-
I can't see some folders in the Document Library
This may be because you do not have permission to see specific folders.
The "View All" Access Level gives the ability to access the module, but access to specific folders is granted via Access Template permissions. Find out more in Understanding Access
If you do not have access to change the permission settings, you may need to reach out to someone within your organisation who does.
