Triggered email notifications in Air Maestro allow you to send automated emails based on specific conditions set by custom fields, ensuring that relevant personnel are notified when a user enters a certain data into a form.
- Select Setup > Forms > Form Options
- Select the tab corresponding with the Form Type (for example: Clinical Mission).
- Scroll to the Email Notifications pane.

Click on + Add Email Notification.

Select the required notification personnel from the Personnel drop-down list.
- Next, in Email Body Settings, enter the text that will show in the Email Notification.
Drag desired Selection Fields (located to the right) to include "placeholder" data inside the Email Body. These fields will contain unique data depending on the form instance. -
Once the Email Body is complete, click on the Add Condition button.

Select the applicable custom field from the Custom Field drop-down list.
If you do not see the field, start typing the name.
The setup options differ, depending on the selected custom field type (e.g. text, numeric, etc.).Selecting the Or Empty option adds an additional condition to the custom field, where if the field is empty, it meets the conditional requirements.
The Add Condition button underneath allows you to add more conditions. -
When done, press on the
on the right side of the Email Notification window.
We currently support only one Email Notification at the time.
