The Recency module in Air Maestro assists in monitoring both regulatory and organisational compliance, helping your team remain current with necessary recency items. On the Recency Setup Page, you can manage and review recency items for personnel, aircraft, or the entire company.
To view Recency Items that currently exist on your Air Maestro site:
-
Select Site Setup > Operations > Recency Setup.
-
By default, the Personnel Recency Items tab is displayed. To view Aircraft Recency Items or Company Recency Items, click the respective tab.
-
If you are viewing Personnel Recency Items, select the required department from the drop-down list:
When a Recency Item belongs to one department only, it will show under that Department's page.
The General department, however, contains Recency items shared across all departments (global) OR those that have been allocated to more than one department.
-
- In the example below, Induction is a global item (it does not list any specific departments in the bracket), while the Drivers Licence is allocated to three different departments listed in the bracket.
The reason for the latter is so that the setup is managed only through one page, not three different ones.
- In the example below, Induction is a global item (it does not list any specific departments in the bracket), while the Drivers Licence is allocated to three different departments listed in the bracket.

-
To view details of a specific Recency Item's setup and make possible changes to it, click on the pencil icon in line with the Recency.
The new window will open, allowing you to view the details.-
