Similar to the desktop version of the Air Maestro application, you can lodge Safety Reports from the mobile app - PWA.
PWA is specifically designed to lodge safety reports via a mobile device, hence the investigation part needs to be conducted via an Air Maestro desktop application. This application can be accessed via iOS devices and Android devices. In the web browser search bar, enter your Air Maestro URL and add the ‘app’ suffix at the end to access the PWA (ex: https://avinet.airmaestro.com.au/app).
- Login to PWA with your username and password / PIN.
- To lodge a new safety report, click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Click on the Create button.
You will see all the safety report templates that you have access to lodge.
-
You can narrow your search options by using the filter function.
-
In order to favourite a safety report template, click on the star icon on the respective safety report tile.
-
-
To lodge a safety report instance, click on the respective safety report tile.
-
Fill in the Safety Report details.
-
If a field is optional, you will see the ‘Optional’ text within the bracket.
-
If all the mandatory fields are completed, and if you navigate to the next or previous tab, you will see the previous tab with a Green tick, meaning all the tab validations are completed and correct.
-
If you do not fill any field and there are no mandatory fields in a tab, and if you navigate to the next or previous tab, you will see the previous tab in Grey colour.
-
-
You will see the Submit button when you navigate to the Review tab. Click on the button when the report is ready for submission.
-
If PWA is online (connected to the internet), then the lodged safety report will synchronise with the main Air Maestro database and will provide you with the safety report reference number.
-
If PWA is offline, the submitted safety report will be queued. This report will be synchronised automatically with the main Air Maestro database when the PWA is connected to the internet on the next instance (manual intervention is not required).
-
-
If you wish to view the submitted safety reports (within the session), click on the menu icon in the top left corner and click on the Submitted section.
If you wish to see all the previously lodged safety reports, you have to log in to the Air Maestro desktop version.
