How to disable Hazards

Hazards cannot be permanently deleted from the system, they can only be disabled. This ensures any linked data to that hazard remains intact and a user has a chance to re-enable the hazard if ever required.

To disable the hazard:

1. Select Safety > Hazard and Risk Register
   
   

2. In the Hazard Browser pane, right-click on the required hazard and select Set In-Active:
   
   
   
   
3. Confirm your decision by clicking OK:
   
   

The hazard is now inactive and hidden in the Hazard Browser pane.
Inactive Hazards can still be viewed and reactivated in the Hazard and Risk Register Setup.
