How to display all Hazards and their associated Risks

You can view and print a full list of all hazard risks recorded in the system.

To display all hazard risks:

1. Go to Menu > Safety > Hazard and Risk Register.
   
   
2. In the Hazard Browser pane, right-click on Hazards, and click Display All Hazard Risks.
   
   
   
   A new window will open with the full contents of the hazard and risk register, along with the Print dialog box.
   
   
   
3. Select your Destination.
   
   
   
   To save the file as a PDF, choose "Save as PDF".
   To print the list, choose the printer connected to your device. Additional options will show.
   
   
   
4. Press the Save or Print button (depending on which Destination you chose).
   
   

You can also skip Steps 3 and 4, and press Cancel to only preview the file.
