How to view Aircraft Details in the Aircraft Register

Multiple aircraft can be added to the system and therefore linked to various areas of Air Maestro. The full list of aircraft can be viewed and managed via the Aircraft Register.

To view the Aircraft Register, a user needs to have View All or Modify All access for Aircraft.

To view Aircraft Details:

1. Select Operations > Aircraft.

2. You can use multiple filtering options to find the Aircraft:

   • Use a text box at the top, and press Filter
     
     
     
     
   • Select the Group By Base tick box to sort the aircraft into categories dependent on base location.
     
     
   • Select the List Non-Active Aircraft tick box to include aircraft that have been de-activated on the system.
     
     

3. Click the magnifying glass to the left of the Aircraft Registration to view the Aircraft Details.
