• Added support for allowing Safety Champions to modify Safety Actions (e.g., edit, close, extend due date, etc., all functions as if they are the Action Requestor)

• Fixed an issue where selected cells do not get cleared when switching between tools and was causing unintentional erasure of some shifts from the selection
