Audits are scheduled within the Audits module of Air Maestro. The Audit Schedule provides a comprehensive view of all upcoming and completed audits, allowing authorised users to manage and carry them out, all from one place.
To schedule an audit:
- Navigate to the Menu > Audits.
- Click the New Audit button located on the right side of the page.
- Select the relevant Audit Type from the list.
If you find they have not been set up, or some are missing, you may need to review the Audit Type Register before scheduling the audit.
- Enter a name for the Audit and select the Auditors who are responsible for conducting it.
- Specify the Base location where the audit will take place if the audit is base-specific.
- Choose the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date fields to set the audit schedule.
- Click Add to save the audit.
The new audit will now appear in the Audit Schedule list.
Colour-Coding
Each audit will be colour-coded based on the Planned Start Date relative to the current date, helping you quickly identify upcoming or overdue audits.
The full legend explaining the colour codes can be found to the left and at the bottom of the Audit Schedule in Air Maestro.
Due Audits
Audits that are due will turn pink in the Audit Schedule.
The Auditor(s) selected for the audit will receive an alert when the audit is due.
