A Risk Review allows organisations to periodically reassess the current severity and likelihood of a risk.
Any user with appropriate access can add a Risk Review, however, if the review has been scheduled, it is the Risk Owner who will be alerted when the review is due.
You can learn more about scheduling the Risk Review in How to create a New Hazard Risk (Risk Review section).
To add a new Risk Review:
- Go to Menu > Safety > Hazard and Risk Register
- Choose an appropriate Hazard and Risk.
- Go to the Risk Review tab.
- Click Add New Risk Review.
- Complete the Likelihood, Consequence, and Comments fields.
- Click Insert.
Risk Reviewers may also identify the need for new controls, attach supporting documentation, or create actions, all through different Risk tabs. This, however, is not an official part of the Air Maestro "review" process.
