How to transfer flight and duty data between different sites

It is possible to transfer duty and flight information between different Air Maestro sites, given that the user is active on all of them.

The process contains two steps:

1. Exporting the data from one site
2. Importing the exported data to the destination site

1. Exporting the data

1. Log in to the site you want to copy the data from.
   
   
2. Go to My Profile > Timesheets 
   
   
   
   
3. Hover over the Tools button and click on Transfer.
   
   
   
   
   
4. In the Export section, choose the date range you wish to export. If left blank, the system will export all available data.
   Ignore the Import section.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Export button. The system should now save a CSV file on your device with the exported information.

2. Importing the exported data

1. Log in to the site you wish to import the data to.
   
   
2. Go to My Profile > Timesheets 
   
   
   
   
3. Hover over the Tools button and click on Transfer.
   
   
   
   
4. This time in the Import section, select the previously exported CSV file.
   
   
   
   
5. If you wish to overwrite the data existing on the current site, tick the "Overwrite Data" checkbox.
   
   If you are not sure, we recommend that this not be done, so you do not accidentally lose any information. Any duty data that overlaps will be skipped.
   
   
   
6. Press Import
   

The data will now be imported.
