Features

Audits

• Added new export option enabled by default to compress images when exporting audits to reduce export size

Timesheets

• Added new shift prioritisation option in the “Rostering Setup” that makes the default shift selected when first submitting a timesheet to pick the first shift entered on that day in the roster

Enhancements

Forms

• Updated exporting forms
  • Exporting, changing options, and getting password no longer cause postbacks, making it more responsive and increasing performance
  • Export dropdown UI has been updated so the CWA and PWA more closely match
  • Password button has been placed inside the export dropdown
  • Export templates are now sorted by alphabetical order
  • Auto generated template text was changed from "using autogenerated template" to “Auto Generated Template“ to match the PWA
  • Known issue: In the CWA the export section at the bottom of the screen gets its options from the top

Miscellaneous

• In the “Help” section in the side menu:
  • Avinet Website was updated to Company Website and now links to the Vellox Group website
  • Service Status was added, which links to the Air Maestro status page

Performance

• Turned on access level performance improvement by default
• Turned on timesheet summary performance improvement by default

Bug Fixes

Alerts

• Fixed an issue that was causing audit alerts to not appear in certain circumstances

Bulk Resource Replacement

• Fixed a performance problem where the validation would run again after closing the popup or saving the changes
• Schedule validation and auto refresh is paused when the popup opens, and resumes again after it is closed

Change Requests

• Fixed an issue that allowed users with only view access to go through the whole process of making a new change request, but at the end not allow them to submit it, they are now no longer able to attempt to make a new change request
