How to view the Roster Dashboard

Air Maestro provides a static Dashboard that displays published personnel rostered shifts for the current day, including any late-night operations from the day preceding and/or following.

The Roster Dashboard is automatically populated with data from the Roster and can be accessed via the Dashboards module.

Before accessing a Roster Dashboard, ensure that:

1. Roster Publishing is turned on on your site
   
   
   
   
2. You have published the roster data for the period - including the current day
   
   
   
   Please note that duty periods of the category Leave and Non-Duty are not included in the Dashboard.
   
   
   
3. The Departments you expect to see are Rostered Departments
   
   
   
   
4. The Shift Codes used in the Roster have Shift Start and Shift End times populated
   
   

To view a Roster Dashboard:

1. Go to Menu > General > Dashboards and click on Roster Dashboard
   
   
   
   
   
2. The Roster Dashboard has been implemented in the PWA, so you may be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN.
   
   
   
   

   ! When logging in for the first time, you may be redirected to My Schedule instead of the Roster Dashboard.

   If this is the case, copy the following URL below and add it at the end of the address bar located at the top of your browser: /app/#/dashboard/roster\
   
   
   

3. Once authenticated, you should now see roster data on the Dashboard.
