Features

PWA

• The current local date and time of the user is now displayed on the top bar, with an option to change the time zone

Enhancements

Alerts

• The alert ID is now displayed throughout the Alert module:
  • In the main alerts register
  • When editing alert details
  • In the My Alerts page

Change Management

• Change requests can now be closed without requiring sign-off personnel

Forms

• Clicking the ‘go to new app’ buttons in the Form Register of the classic app* will now pre-select the Forms tab when it redirects to the PWA app, allowing users to immediately select a form type to lodge
  • *At the top of the form view is a mobile phone icon, and at the top of the forms register is a ‘Go to new app’ button

Global Reporting

• Removed the UTC time zone from displaying in global reports for the form field ‘LastSavedDateTime’

Overdue Action Notifications

• Implemented support to send only email or SMS notifications for the 1-day overdue action notifications

Rostering

• Added a toggle to switch between displaying the short or long base names

Safety Reporting

• Added extra indicators within the subject line and email body of safety report notifications if the report was confidential
• Added an optional setting to automatically close safety reports after sign-offs are completed

Bug Fixes

Change Management

• Fixed an issue where users can lodge change requests despite having no access to the change request type

Forms

• Improved error handling in the Form Register when processing invalid date inputs

PWA

• Fixed an issue in the Document Library where folders users have no permission to but have been set as a favourite still appear

Spidertracks Integration

• Engine times now show based on which legs it encapsulates; for example, the engine on will only show for the first leg and engine off will only show for the last leg out of the legs that the engine event encapsulates
• Fixed an issue where the flight records register was inaccessible while the integration was enabled whenever processing tracks that did not contain any people within a leg
