Enhancements
Scheduling
- Improved the performance of retrieving data from a generated External Calendar Link
Recency
- Added informational alerts in the Recency Type Combining page to inform users of the limitations of the combined type name:
- Character length may be up to and including 50 characters
- The following characters are permitted in-between characters (i.e., cannot start or end with them):
- Space " "
- Dash/hyphen "-"
- Forward slash "/"
- Added a label to warn about how renaming existing combined type names will require re-applying recency requirements in the following areas:
- Roster codes
- Default resource requirements for a Schedule Task Type
- Resource requirements within an individual Schedule Task instance
- Exams
Bug Fixes
Document Library
- The default sort order for Reference Numbers has been restored (e.g., 1 → 2.3 → 10)
- Please note this does not apply when manually sorting by the ‘Ref No’ column on the grid
Recency
- Fixed an issue where having a space within a Combined Type Name will cause recency calculations to show incorrect results, e.g., “MULTI ENGINE AIRCRAFT”
- Fixed an issue where viewing a personnel recency item does not show entries in the popup if the aircraft type was using a virtual/combined aircraft type code
- Fixed an issue where the total counts were more than expected for type-specific timesheet recency items involving virtual/combined aircraft type codes
- Fixed an issue where composite recency items can show the incorrect expiry dates in the roster
Miscellaneous
- Created more automated tests for the Recency module focusing on on-type and type-specific recency items
