After connecting Air Maestro to your organisation's Spidertracks page, you will then need to turn on the integration in the Air Maestro.
Enabling the integration on the Air Maestro site
Enabling the integration in Air Maestro is done by our Support Team, so when you have completed the steps on the Spidertracks app (How to enable Air Maestro integration in Spidertracks app), please send us a request via an email at help@airmaestro.net specifying your organisation's site name.
Please note, that we will only complete requests made by the site's administrators.
A member of our team will enable the integration and send you the confirmation email.
Assigning Access
Once you receive the confirmation email, you will be able to assign the appropriate access levels for managing the setup.
Only users who can modify Access Levels will be able to assign additional access to themselves or other staff members.
The Access Level responsible for viewing or/and managing the setup can be found under
Integrations > Spidertracks Integration:
View All grants a user access to see the setup, while Modify All allows a user to make changes.
Once the access is assigned, a user will then be able to see an additional area in their Site Setup, called Spidertracks Integration:
More about Spidertracks Integration Setup and steps on mapping the fields can be found in How to map Spidertracks data with Air Maestro flight fields?
