Assigning flight record access levels ensures that pilots have the necessary permissions to enter and manage their flight records in the system.

Navigate to the user's profile via the Personnel module Menu > Operations > Personnel.

Enter filter criteria in the text-box and click Filter.

Select a value from the Department drop-down list to view personnel located in a specific department.

Select a value from the Base drop-down list to view personnel located in a specific base location.

Select the Show In-Active tick box to include personnel who are no longer active in the system, such as those who have left your organization.

Click Details to view detailed personnel information of the user.
You can also find the correct user via the Search field in the blue bar at the top of every Air Maestro page. -
- Select Access Levels from the Personnel Profile pane.
- Click Edit button on the right-hand side.
- Search for the Flight Records section
- Choose the relevant access levels:

- Flight Records > View All
Allows users to view any flight record. - Flight Records > Add All
Allows users to add new flight records. - Flight Records > Edit All
Allows users to edit any flight record. - Flight Records > Delete All
Allows users to delete any flight record. - Crew Duty Details > Modify Selection
Allows users to modify duty information for a selection of crew (limited to base/department). - Crew Duty Details > Modify All
Allows users to modify duty information for all crew. - Crew Flight Details > Modify Selection
Allows users to modify flight information for a selection of crew (limited to base/department). - Crew Flight Details > Modify All
Allows users to modify flight information for all crew. - Setup > Modify All
Allows users to customize flight records setup including adding, editing, and deleting all fields.
- Flight Records > View All

Save the changes by clicking OK in the top, right corner.
